Understanding Brainspotting

Brainspotting is based on the idea that “where you look affects how you feel.” Developed by Dr. David Grand, this method helps clients access parts of the brain that are often difficult to reach in regular therapeutic conversations. By identifying specific “brainspots” through eye positioning, I can unlock stored trauma and distress, allowing for deep emotional processing and healing.
